Summer Engagement Photos in Kenosha, Wisconsin | Elizabeth + Zach

Elizabeth and Zach’s session is the prime example of why I love Kenosha, Wisconsin for taking engagement photos. The city has an incredible amount of variety to it, making it SO simple to include a ton of fantastic locations without having to hardly travel at all ! While I adore Kenosha, the real stars of this session were of course Elizabeth and Zach themselves, and I can’t wait to share the highlights here with you all !



Their Engagement Photos in Kenosha

Elizabeth and Zach’s session began on the shores of Lake Michigan, at the gorgeous promenade of Harbor Park. This is one of the many spaces that I love to use as backdrops for my engagement photos in Kenosha, and was the ideal starting location for Elizabeth and Zach's session. From there we were able to easily explore some of my other favorite spots throughout downtown before a quick outfit swap as we made our way to the beach. These photos from the beach are some of my all time favs as they perfectly encapsulate the warm, lighthearted joy of summertime ! Elizabeth and Zach heavily contributed to the fun summer vibes of the photos as the two were having a blast together. From rolling around in the sand, to frolicking through the water, it was such a treat documenting the pure joy of their love for one another.

Why I Love Kenosha for Engagement Sessions

As I mentioned earlier, Kenosha is an all around fantastic city to take engagement photos in. One of the main reasons I adore this city for these types of sessions is the sheer variety of spaces and backdrops available. Sandy beachside sunsets, views of Lake Michigan, historic brick buildings, and charming local shops only begin to scratch the surface of the abundance of settings you can find throughout Kenosha, and most of them are within walking distance from one another ! Elizabeth and Zach’s session is a perfect example of this, as is Heather and Anthony’s. It’s an insanely versatile city, and one I can’t wait to continue to document future love stories in !
